Town Named One of the Most Techologically Advanced Cities

The Town of Flower Mound was recently recognized as the 2nd most technologically advanced city in the nation in the population category of 30,000 to 74,999 by the Center for Digital Government (CDG).

Dedicated Sales Tax Progress Reports

Flower Mound voters approved ¼ cent dedicated sales taxes in November 2007 to implement a variety of Fire Department, Police Department, parks and recreation, playground, and street projects. The Town Council and staff are utilizing this funding to construct new facilities, implement infrastructure and recreational equipment improvements and repairs, and staff public safety positions. Water Service Disruption - West of Shiloh Road

Town of Flower Mound water customers located west of Shiloh Road will experience lower than normal water pressure from 9 a.m., November 13 until 12 a.m., November 14. due to a scheduled waterline installation in the Circle R Ranch area. Customers located in the Rocky Point Mobile Home Park will be without water service during this time period. All water customers west of Shiloh Road are requested to restrict outside watering during this period. Please call 972.874.6400 with any questions.

Town of Flower Mound Thanksgiving Holiday Closings

Flower Mound Town offices will be closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Police, Fire, and Emergency Services will remain in operation during all holidays. Allied Waste Services will delay the standard trash pick-up schedule one day with catch-up completion on Saturday, November 29

Town Launches "It's Your Call" Program to Encourage Citizen Involvement

The Town of Flower Mound recently launched “It’s Your Call”, a new customer service program designed to empower residents with the ability to make a difference in the appearance of their community. By calling 972.539.SERV residents can submit municipal service and facility repair requests, report code enforcement violations, identify community beautification issues, or obtain information about Town of Flower Mound services. A call to 972.539.SERV initiates a four-step process.
